Lead by founder Ashley Bond, Spread Love has grown to include a team of collaborative and talented professionals offering expertise in planning, event design, stationery, styling and florals. We love what we do and our goal will forever be to exceed your expectations with grace and integrity.
Spread Love Events is based out of Vancouver, B.C. We are available for events throughout Canada and destinations around the world.

Our goal is to create an experience that is as enjoyable as it is beautiful. We want you and your guests to feel cared for from the moment you arrive until the last person exits the dance floor.
It takes hundreds of hours to plan and design a wedding. We look forward to the opportunity to spend this time focussed on you. We take on a limited number of Full Service Wedding Planning clients each year in order to give you the care and attention your celebration deserves.
Our Event Design service is all about envisioning and creating the visual components of your celebration.
Together we’ll dream up the design elements to create the atmosphere and experience you desire. From signage and florals to table design, floor plans, linen, lighting, rentals and custom decor - no detail is overlooked!
Our service begins with a design briefing session in which we’ll get to know you and your style and discuss your vision for the day. We’ll then prepare an inspiration board to help focus the event’s overall theme, color palette, decor and ambiance.
Once we’ve refined the direction and style together, we’ll get to work sourcing, designing, creating and customizing every last detail, including liaising and coordinating with all of your design-related vendors.
Come your wedding day, we’ll be on hand to execute (and breakdown) your beautiful, one-of-a-kind celebration.

Our Full Service Wedding Planning offering is our premier service for couples who want all of our love. We will take care of every last logistical detail so you can enjoy the journey from “yes” to “I do.”
Starting with your venue and understanding your vision for the day, we’ll spend time getting to know you and your desires so we can take all of the necessary steps to execute a stress-free planning process followed by a flawless celebration!
Just some of the details we take care of include management of your wedding expenses and payment schedules, curation of your entire vendor team including contract negotiation and review, development of timelines and production schedules, on-site coordination of your rehearsal, overseeing event set-up and breakdown, and hands-on support for you and your family both in the lead up to and on your special day.

Our Wedding Coordination service (also known as Day-of Coordination, but so much more) is for the couple that desires to take on the initial wedding planning but wants someone to answer questions and hand it all off to come the big day.
We will meet at the beginning of your planning process and be available to answer questions and provide support throughout as you develop your budget, secure your vendors and make all of the initial decisions. We will provide you with our wedding planning tools, including a budget template, checklist, and Wedding Day itinerary to guide your planning.
Six to eight weeks before your wedding we will officially step into the coordination role and take the details off of your hands! We will tie up any last minute items, confirm with all of your vendors, create a to-the-minute wedding day timeline, and coordinate your ceremony rehearsal.
Come your wedding day, we’ll be on hand to oversee the set-up (and breakdown) of your special day, care for your guests, as well as manage every logistical detail and vendor so you can relax and enjoy the magic with your family and friends!
- 3 planning meetings, one at the beginning of your planning process and one 6-8 weeks before your wedding and a final meeting in the weeks leading up to your big day
